If you live or work in Reston, you are part of the vibrant and diverse community that RCC serves. And you’re sure to find activities that you’ll enjoy. We’ve created programs to meet the needs and interests of a wide variety of groups, with more than 1,800 opportunities every year for learning, improving your health and fitness, developing new skills...

...and relaxing, having fun, and celebrating community with your family, friends and neighbors!

You’ll find programs and classes designed for a broad range of interests, skill levels, ages and backgrounds. Best of all, because we are funded by the Reston Community through Fairfax County, we can offer Reston residents, businesses, and employees very reasonable rates on all programs, activities and rentals of our meeting spaces. We also provide financial assistance through our scholarship program.

The Program Guide lists classes, programs and events developed for the following communities:

• Youth (Infants to 12-year-olds) – programs range from water skills and swimming to ballet, cooking, local outings, and more
• Teens – teens can improve their driving skills, participate in after-school programs, attend dances and other social events, and more
• Adults – so many programs, so much to do! Theater. Fitness activities. Dancing. Parenting. Yoga. Travel. Art and crafts. Computer skills. Family outings . . . so much fun, so close to home!
• Seniors – Seniors especially enjoy travel and tours that RCC offers, weekly gatherings for Mah Jongg, Bridge and other activities, CenterStage events, classes and other great things to do
• Employees of businesses in Reston – if you work in Reston, you can learn and play here, too. Instead of sitting in traffic after work, take a fitness class or learn yoga, hone your French conversational skills, take an art class, and so much more

RCC could not function without the support of skilled volunteers. If you are interested in giving back to your community through volunteer work at RCC, there are scores of opportunities for you to contribute your skills and experience.
